DDS Direct has been in the automotive industry since 2001 and to this day staffs approximately 60 dealerships across the U.S. with a focus in California. With experience in valet, porters, car wash, detail, sold units, paint, interior repair, PDR, wheel repair, etc – we have extensive knowledge of how the front and back end works and communicates. Unfortunately, the communication is typically lacking. After struggling with this communication for years, we developed a mobile application to facilitate communication between the front and back end, thus ensuring your guests receive the best service possible.
